Park Hyatt Sydney Luxury Hotel

In the northern part of Sydney, Australia’s well-known area called The Rocks, right on the water and nearly within striking distance of the Sydney Harbour Bridge is the Park Hyatt Sydney, a Forbes 5-star luxury hotel. Like every Park Hyatt across the globe, guests will receive superb service from check-in to check-out as well as premier dining, amenities, and accommodations. All this, plus this hotel has an absolutely prime location directly across the Circular Quay (a small harbor) from the Sydney Opera House, an Australian musical and architectural treasure.

Park Hyatt Sydney Accommodations

For international travelers, especially those who have traveled a great distance, comfort is a top priority, which is why we recommend a suite. That’s not to say that the rooms are not spacious or luxurious because they are! In fact, guests can book a king bed that includes two balconies and a breathtaking view of the Sydney Opera House without upgrading to a suite. However, for a greater sense of home and comfort, the suite upgrade does the trick. In particular, the 350-square-meter Sydney Suite, with its two bedrooms, full kitchen, large terrace, and impressive view will more than make up for any jet lag. The spacious living room area will also provide a perfect private place for lounging or hosting guests.

Park Hyatt Sydney Amenities

In addition to the fitness center and on-site spa, a big draw to this hotel is the deluxe heated rooftop pool (it is exclusively available to guests). While visiting the rooftop, guests can order drinks poolside or take in the vast views of Sydney that only a harbourside hotel can provide.

Dining at the Park Hyatt Sydney

The Park Hyatt Sydney offers a few on-site dining options in addition to room service. The hotel’s signature restaurant is The Dining Room by James Viles and it is a great place for a more formal dinner experience, but it is also open for all three meals. For all-day dining beginning at 11am and a menu that pulls from local ingredients, The Living Room is at your service. Like The Dining Room, it has a sophisticated feel but is not necessarily formal fine dining. Finally, for a cocktail or glass of wine in style, guests can visit The Bar. Of course, there are also a myriad of restaurants and bars just outside of the hotel and the concierge is more than happy to assist with finding the right spot.
