Chill Island
With its latest creation, the Chill Island neighborhood, Royal Caribbean aims to establish the ultimate pool deck experience that reigns supreme on the seven seas. Designed to accommodate every type of sun-worshipper, this neighborhood comprises four distinct pool areas. Chill Island spans three spacious decks, offering unparalleled views of the ocean from nearly every conceivable angle. Here is some information on the featured Pool areas in this neighborhood.
Royal Bay: Located on Deck 15 at Chill Island, Royal Bay is planned to be the largest pool at sea offering endless fun and entertainment for all guests. The pool is open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily.
The Cove Pool: If you're in search of a more peaceful pool atmosphere, the Cove Pool is the perfect destination. It's an infinity pool located on Deck 15 in the Chill Island Neighborhood, offering a stunning ocean view. The pool is open from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Cloud 17: The Chill Island Neighborhood boasts a pool deck exclusively for adults and adolesence aged 16 years and above, providing a spectacular ocean view. The deck has a designated Lime & Coconut bar and a relaxing whirlpool. Operating from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., the pool has a maximum capacity of 249 guests.
Swim & Tonic: Located in the Chill Island Neighborhood on Deck 16, our swim-up bar is the first of its kind. Situated right at the pool edge, it accommodates up to 12 guests. You can enjoy its services from 9:00 a.m. until late at night.
Surfside
Surfside is an exclusive neighborhood designed for families with young children, catering to their leisure and recreation needs. This community features splash areas that offer refreshing fun for babies and kids alike. Notably, Royal Caribbean's carousel has a new pool-themed version and a bar, serving "mommy and me" matching mocktails and cocktails for adults. It's worth noting that children using Splashaway Bay must be potty trained completely. However, for those still in diapers, Baby Bay offers a fantastic place to splash and play. Please keep in mind that the Splashaway Bay slide has a minimum height requirement of 42" and a maximum weight limit of 300 lbs.
While the youngsters play at Splashaway Bay and Baby Bay, adults can relax at Water's Edge pool, which features a slide, fountains, water cannons, a drench bucket, and more. The Water's Edge pool operates from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The Hideaway
the Hideaway is a fresh addition to the neighborhood, conceptualized by Royal Caribbean. Imagine a Las Vegas pool party but on a cruise ship, featuring the world's first suspended infinity pool at sea. Along with the state-of-the-art pool, there's a multilevel terrace, relaxing whirlpools, comfortable seating, and an exclusive bar. The Hideaway Pool is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily.
