We have always been risk-takers with a sense of pushing the limits. This mindset is exactly what the travel agent industry needed. We never planned on disrupting a multi-billion dollar industry. Disrupting a multi-billion dollar industry isn't easy, but someone has to do it. "Eisen and his agents can book hotel and airfare on a multi-city European trip for a client within 20 minutes. And clients can ask to change plans in real-time, while on the trip because the itinerary isn’t set in stone (cancellation penalties are applied in some cases). Instead of lengthy, wordy emails, communications are done via text." Founded 2022 Headquarters Miami Active Agents 267 From exotic car rally to one of the fastest growing travel agencies in the world. Our origin story begins with David Eisen. He was a tech nerd doing cyber security for defense contractors in Washington, D.C. when he started LuxRally, an exotic car rally. It takes a very special person to be comfortable at 200 mph. It requires an appreciation for calculated risk, human innovation, and self-awareness. The people attracted to the exotic car world embody these qualities. They are, in their hearts, disruptors. A hotel asked David whether he wanted a group rate for his rally. He turned them down initially but then did some research. He discovered that, as an agent, he would be able to get 40-60% off hotels for his rally. David quickly found a host agency and secured an IATA for himself. It's important to understand that LuxRally wasn't your typically exotic car rally. It was known for its Forbes Five-Star hotels, epic routes, and Michelin-starred dining. David had a reputation in the car world for doing extravagant things. When people found out he had become a travel agent, they wanted to see what he could do to enhance their experiences beyond the rally. Word quickly spread that David was something different. Within a few short years, David began earning millions a year in commissions. Travel became his sole focus and obsession. He didn't do things like other agents, creating dissent in the community. He would get kicked out of travel agent groups for suggesting that agents stop charging fees to reduce the friction of a sale. He didn't believe in long, exhausting "discovery" calls with clients or trying to build "pretty PDFs." Instead, David would make bookings within minutes and provide his clients with blunt feedback. Every exertion of his energy was precise and efficient, and clients couldn't get enough. He was the antithesis of a typical agent. In 2022, David left his host agency. His unique approach to the industry was creating tension, and he didn't want to be beholden to anyone. His wife, Courtney Eisen, with a tech and marketing background, assisted with the launch, along with a small band of agents who noticed David's exponential rise in earnings. LuxRally Travel was born. David, free to build towards his vision, began coding the tech that would reshape the industry. Instead of lugging around his laptop and logging into dozens of systems to shop rates, he built FastBook, which pulls all available rates within 30 seconds. He began automating tedious administrative tasks. At his previous host, invoicing, commission collections, and unmatched commissions were a mess. They would send unmatched commissions in a PDF. It would take hours to review. All of these inefficiencies would be eliminated by his system. Something unique about us is that David programs everything himself, so there is no inefficient back and forth. He can turn his thoughts directly into clean code. We have the first travel agent technology created by someone who intimately understands the industry. In 2023, agent applications came pouring in; we would receive 600-1,500 applications a month (and still do). Our training was post-traditional. The proof of our strategies was reflected in our agent's earnings and client satisfaction. Our team quickly grew to nearly 300 agents. In 2024, we launched additional functionality to our CRM and began hiring additional talent to support our growth. In January 2025, we relaunched our agent training and brand.
