Paul is Head of the Air Department. After a 31-year career with American Airlines, working across multiple operational departments, Paul took early retirement to focus on his passion for travel planning. He joined LuxRally as an agent in April 2024 and now supports the team with all airline ticketing inquiries. With his deep understanding of airline pricing and operations, Paul helps guide our agents so they can better serve their clients. His decades of hands-on experience and genuine enthusiasm for helping others make him an invaluable part of the LuxRally Travel team.
