Whether you're looking for world-class entertainment, gourmet dining, or fun for the whole family, Royal Caribbean is the clear choice for an unforgettable cruise vacation.

1. Icon of the Seas (Arriving in January 2024)

Royal Caribbean has yet to release all the specifics about its new vessel, but currently, available information indicates that the Icon of the Seas will exceed the Wonder of the Seas in size by more than 6%. The ship's capacity is expected to accommodate an impressive 7,600 passengers, and it will measure ten feet longer than its equivalent. Once it sets sail in early 2024, the Icon of the Seas will be the biggest cruise ship globally, making it a thrilling choice for both experienced and novice cruisers. The Icon of the Seas will boast eight neighborhoods, offering passengers a simple and convenient way to explore and move around the ship. Upon completion, Icon will soar to a remarkable 20 deck-height and stretch 1,198 feet in length. Further, it is estimated to weigh a staggering 250,800 gross tons.

2. Wonder of the Seas

The Wonder of the Seas reigns supreme as the Current world’s largest cruise ship. The latest addition to Royal Caribbean's impressive fleet, it took the title from its sister ship, Symphony of the Seas. Boasting a colossal size of 1,188 feet long and 210 feet wide, the ship has a gross tonnage of 236,857, making it a behemoth vessel. Wonder of the Seas has a capacity of 5,734 guests at double occupancy and a total capacity of 6,988 guests. With 2,300 crew onboard, the maximum occupancy for Wonder of the Seas is 9,288 passengers, yet it's designed to feel spacious. This is thanks to Royal Caribbean's innovative Oasis Class ship, which divides the ship into numerous neighborhoods to avoid overcrowding.

3. Utopia of the Seas (Arriving in June 2024)

In 2024, Royal Caribbean will launch its sixth ship in the Oasis Class, the Utopia of the Seas. One of the world's largest cruise ships, it's highly anticipated by many, boasting high-quality entertainment, modern accommodations, diverse dining options, and various activities for guests of all ages. With around 2,800 cabins, the Utopia of the Seas will span 362m (1,188 ft.). Though slightly smaller than the Icon of the Seas, it will be on par with other Oasis Class ships in weight -- over 230,000 gross tons -- and maximum capacity, set around 7,000 guests. Expectations are high for the Utopia of the Seas, the final addition to the Oasis Class.

4. Symphony of the Seas

The Symphony of the Seas, one of the largest cruise ships globally, outshines its size in many ways. Launched in 2018, it has quickly become one of the top picks for Royal Caribbean cruisers. As the fourth Oasis Class vessel in Royal's fleet, the company's expertise in constructing mega ships is evident in Symphony's superb design. Upon its debut, Symphony of the Seas secured the title of the world's biggest cruise ship, after sister Harmony of the Seas, but has now been overshadowed by Wonder of the Seas. Despite accommodating 6,680 passengers and 2,200 crew members, the ship's Neighborhood concept ensures efficient crowd control. With 2,759 cabins, a length of approximately 361m (1,184 ft), and a gross tonnage of around 228,000, the ship is a magnificent feat of engineering.

5. Harmony of the Seas

Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas is an illustrious cruise ship, among the largest and most acclaimed in the world, and quickly rose to prominence after its maiden voyage in 2016. Weighing an incredible 226,000 tons and spanning 1188 ft, the ship boasts 2,747 guest rooms. Yet, Royal Caribbean designed all of its Oasis Class shops, including Harmony, with ease of navigation in mind, so that guests do not get lost. Even though the ship carries over five thousand passengers, Royal Caribbean has worked hard to create strategies that curb crowding, such as the neighborhoods to manage the flow of people, and the ship's reservation system that cleverly integrates with dining and show management to ensure a pleasant, uncrowded experience.
