The Icon of the Seas will feature six new bars, each with their own unique characteristics
The Overlook and Overlook Pods:Â This bar is a fresh and innovative concept, featuring cozy nooks and a prime location near the AquaDome. It has been envisioned by Royal Caribbean as a vibrant hub for drinking, playing classic board games, and enjoying live music in a relaxed atmosphere.
Dueling Pianos:Â The Royal Promenade of Royal Caribbean will be home to the cruise line's inaugural dueling piano bar. This exciting venue showcases a pair of impressive baby grand pianos, where skilled pianists will expertly entertain guests with lively musical performances, taking requests from the crowd and keeping the energy high.
Lou’s Jazz ‘n Blues: Discover Lou's Jazz 'n Blues, a captivating jazz venue located in Central Park that boasts live performances of soulful classics and jazz pop tunes. Immerse yourself in the pulsing rhythm of the music and enjoy a unique entertainment experience.
Rye & Bean:Â A coffeehouse located in AquaDome that specializes in serving coffee and espresso-based cocktails.
1400 Lobby Bar:Â Â The 1400 Lobby Bar is situated at the entrance of the ship, offering easy access to thirsty travelers. The bar's drink selection was curated by Tony Abou-Ganim, a celebrated mixologist. Additionally, this bar boasts a unique feature - it's the first venue to open the lively Royal Promenade to the open air, thanks to its ocean-facing terrace.

Icon of the Seas will boast of 8 unique neighborhoods, with three of them offering that are strategically designed to ensure hassle-free navigation for passengers and alleviate any congestion on board. Three of the neighborhoods offer their own pool decks, with pools that cater to every need
AquaDome
Unlike its counterparts, Icon of the Seas will not have a Solarium upfront. It will, however, boast an impressive AquaDome area with an indoor AquaTheater similar to those found in Oasis Class ships. This versatile space features expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing remarkable 220-degree views. Guests can look forward to a range of performances, from daring acrobatics to high dives, as well as the tallest sea waterfall, towering at 55 feet. On days without shows, passengers can bask in panoramic ocean views while savoring a bite or drink.
Central Park
Icon of the Seas will feature a verdant oasis onboard, complete with numerous living plants, dining options, and live musical performances.
Chill Island
Royal Caribbean is all set to revolutionize the pool deck experience at sea with their latest addition, Chill Island. A three-deck pool area that offers stunning views of the vast ocean, Chill Island promises to be the highlight of your journey. The ship will feature an exciting new bar, Swim & Tonic, the first swim-up bar to be featured at sea. The Royal Bay Pool is the largest at sea - perfect for those who love to make a splash. If you prefer a peaceful swim, head over to the Cove Pool, complete with in-water loungers and an infinity-edge view. For a more exclusive and serene experience, the adults-only Cloud 17 offers a private retreat with its own bar - the Lime & Coconut.
Thrill Island
Thrill Island is the ultimate destination for adventure enthusiasts on board. It offers a plethora of exciting activities that are sure to leave you thrilled! Get ready to experience the biggest water park of its kind at sea, Category 6. The water park includes six thrilling slides that are bound to get your adrenaline pumping. From an open free-fall slide to the tallest drop slide at sea, to family raft slides that accommodate up to four riders at once and two mat-racing slides, there is something for everyone! For adventure seekers, you can't miss Crown's Edge, which offers a skywalk, ropes course, and many other thrilling experiences that are an ultimate test of courage. Be warned, the floor may give way at any point, leaving you dangling high above the ocean. Don't worry; information about height and weight restrictions will be available soon. Thrill Island is not just for those who love water sports; it has something for everyone! There will be one FlowRider surf simulator onboard, as well as brand staples like Adrenaline Peak - the ultimate rock-climbing expedition, Sports Court, and a totally revamped mini-golf course.
Surfside
Surfside, situated at the heart of Icon of the Seas, is a recently built neighborhood designed to cater to young families. It offers a variety of amenities geared towards children, including splash areas for babies and kids. This neighborhood features a brand-new pool-themed version of Royal Caribbean's carousel and a bar that provides "mommy and me" matching mocktails for kids and cocktails for adults. While Splashaway Bay is exclusively available for fully potty-trained kids, Baby Bay provides toddlers and babies still in diapers a spot to splash around and enjoy themselves. For parents, Water's Edge pool is a perfect place to relax while their children go wild at Splashaway Bay and Baby Bay, complete with water slides, fountains, water cannons, a drench bucket and more.
the Hideaway
The Hideaway, Royal Caribbean's answer to a beach club, is yet another newly constructed neighborhood on the Icon of the Seas. It boasts the first-of-its-kind suspended infinity pool at sea, reminding one of a lively Las Vegas pool party. A multilevel terrace, several whirlpools, numerous seating options, and a dedicated bar are among the features available to visitors.
Royal Promenade
Guests are in for a noticeable change at the Royal Promenade - the area now has windows. Additionally, "Absolute Zero" features the largest ice arena to date, setting itself apart from previous versions of the Royal Promenade.
Suite Neighborhood
The Icon of the Seas is all set to provide guests with the luxurious Royal Suite Class perks, comprising a vast three-deck area exclusively for guest who book a suite of any class, marking it as Royal Caribbean's biggest suite space. Guests can relish the suite sun deck, relish in the Coastal Kitchen restaurant, and savor the delectable cuisine at The Grove - a new, laid-back dining joint exclusively for suite guests.
